I can't wait to see some student submissions for Off In The Distance.  What better way to get your name out there!  We're looking for anything, poetry, short stories, interviews.  Please consider contributing.......after all, this is your eJournal too.

further to my last post, the theme of the upcoming issue is returning to Uni/starting Uni and submissions close on the 29th of February, at 8pm :)
 please remember we look for recipes, book reviews, human interest stories, personal writing, anything that you'd like to share......happy writing everyone :)

hi everyone and welcome to 2012.  Kim, our esteemed campus co-ordinator, is currently seeking submissions for the upcoming issue of Off In The Distance, which she is hoping will be ready for publication in time for O Week......we are also seeking expressions of interest for the position of Editor of Off In The Distance......the person who takes on this position will be working closely with Kim to produce the best publication that we can......could you please email submissions to dusa-cc-distance2012@deakin.edu.au  Thanks. :)

I'm Amanda, one of the Distance Rep's.  I've joined your group in the hope that I can get some of you budding writers to help us out.

We have a new editor for our eJournal "Off In The Distance".

Could you please have a think about submitting something for our Spring issues. Submission due date has been extended to this Friday, due to a few of our usual people being unavailable.

Great to see that the numbers are growing in the writing group! Wanted to extend a big welcome to all those who have recently joined. Hope some of you will post and tell us what subjects you're studying this trimester.

 

Hey Renelaine, I think we're both doing creative non-fiction this session. Hopefully we can hook up and share notes.
